Reddit.com recently posted a story linking to the court docket where there was a denial of a motion to make the divorce papers of Governor Palin’s husbands business partner confidential. This was after the National Enquirer broke the story that Governor Palin was hiding an affair with one of her husband’s business partner. Unfortunately, the servers went down soon after that (reddit/digg effect). However, ilovebonnie.net got a hold of of the information. Here you go folks. This is a mirror of what was at www.courtrecords.alaska.gov today:

I wrote a bit about the new nomination for the Vice Presidential pick right after the news broke. You can check out my other article here:

According to the CBS news blog, the McCain campaign had this to say:

““The smearing of the Palin family must end. The allegations contained on the cover of the National Enquirer insinuating that Gov. Palin had an extramarital affair are categorically false. It is a vicious lie,” said McCain senior adviser Steve Schmidt.

“The efforts of the media and tabloids to destroy this fine and accomplished public servant are a disgrace. The American people will reject it.””

The National Enquirer has been right when breaking news of affairs before. Let’s see how this one pans out.

    It’s another “family matter”!!!! LOL!

  • Funny how it’s a “family matter” when a non-Republican makes a comment, but she can “pimp” them at the convention and no one thinks anything of it! Rethugs are the biggest hipocrates ever!

  • Sarah Palin isn’t Hillary Clinton.

While I don’t agree with the tone of the McCain campaign’s response, I agree on the substance. This will only further distract the voters from the issues.

Sarah Palin is on the far right fringe of her party, and almost a polar opposite of Hillary Clinton on the issues that matter most to women in this election.

    Learn the difference, vote smart.

I don’t know if she had an affair. Abusing her power by trying to get a law enforcement fired is enough reason why she doesn’t need to be VP. Regardless, This country needs a CHANGE!. the voters are being distracted by their own blindness. Perhaps Obama isn’t extremely experienced but.., John McCain wants to win a war. A war we should never have started. For all you who buy his reason of “getting out will only put the nation’s security at stake”, ask yourself.., honestly, what country is capable of overtaking this one?. the answer is NONE! Logic has it that to do so they would have to muster a massive attack through all our borders. As far as stopping the threat of terror attacks., that will never happen because of our open borders and the fact this country, in ethnicity, is so diversified and in case you never heard.., Mr. Bin Laden clearly said that they were after some of those in DC. Rather they are right or wrong in their reasons, it says one thing.., we, the public, have not and are not being told the whole truth. I don’t know about you, but I never want any of my sons fight and die for over lies like all those in Vietnam. As far as the other issues are concerned, who can say whose stratergy will work for bettering the economy. Issues that matter most to women? Boy how small our minds are when that’s something on he tickets. I’ve believed all my life that women are equal and should be treated equal to men. If companies, organizations or whatever having changed to recognized that and the valid concerns of women and it’s 2008, it’s very unlikely any of the candidates will change that. Not even Mrs Palin. Besides, no of us will have to worry about any of those issues if the economy doesn’t get fixed soon and the first step and easiest step to doing that is to end that war.

Love to see the repugs faces when they find out their holy crusader is a fraud.

Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. The uber-aggresive Pailin strikes me as having hot pants. Quite frankly, I could give a damn about her having an affair. However, she seems to be someone who is arrogant, boastful, hypocritical and full of exagerations. She thinks she can get away with stuff like she did in the small fish bowl called Alaska. It’s ironic that incest, infidelity, alchoholism and teen pregnancy run rampant in small town America.

In order for corporations to do business with the U.S. Government the business itself AND its principals (their spouses and children) are scrutinized via taxes, all finacial records, school records and interviews with family freinds and neighbors. You can bet your boots PALIN and her family should be subjected to the same and more intense scrutiney!

    Palin is hiding the truth.

  • Americans have the right to know who will be running their country and how trustworthy they are.

  • Can she f***k with whoever she wants?
    Private matter!

  • joe

LOL, the libs are in total meltdown!! They are getting more and more desperate and sinking lower and lower into the slime.

What’s next, losers, will you be claiming Todd Palin uses Viagra? How about Sara had a boob job? Hey wait, I got it!! Why don’t you accuse the Palins of offering their 7 year old daughter for sale on the Internet?

Nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to the lowly slugs on the left.

  • Nancy

Give me a break, you GOP’ers! You practically crucified John Edwards as his political career was ruined by the mistakes he made with that stupid blonde. And I’m not by any means defending him, he deserves whatever he gets. But come on, you can’t have it both ways. Anything in a public official’s past is subject to scrutiny, that’s part of the price they pay for being in the public eye. Whether it’s right or wrong, it’s a fact. How about the way Hillary was dogged and probed and scrutinized? Everyone keeps saying it doesn’t matter whether the candidate is male or female—so if Sarah Palin can’t handle the scrutinization, she needs to get out of the proverbial kitchen and the GOP party needs to quit whining!

Ronald Reagan left his first wife…..John McCain left his first wife…..Ted Kennedy, well we won’t even go there…..and there are countless other adulterers, Democrat, Republican, Independent, and Libertarian.

The main focus of this election is do we want 4 more years of an unwanted war, a spiralling economy, high prices, high unemployment, and continued tax breaks for the rich and powerful? Or are we ready to give the reins over to a new generation of Americans….led by Barack Obama?

  • yoyo

joe, you have to remember that it was the National Enquirer who came out with the story, not the dems. Get your facts straight buddy.

  • Haniel

So isn’t this just delicious? The tables are turned o the Bushies now. Sarah stood there and arrogantly and nastily dared the media to a fight, and now she’s going to get it.

The McCain campaign is doing their best to keep her away from the press, but this will backfire. People will start noticing that she is only appearing in events with pre-vetted attendees. She is GW Bush in a skirt.

The media will devour her now. You’re not in Alaska anymore, honey! This media down here in the lower 48 will eat your vile arrogant ass alive. Those of us who loathe you will so enjoy watching it. You heard it here first! Finally, Clinton VINDICATED!!!

BWAAAA HAAA HAAAA HAAAA HAAAAAA HAAAAAAAAA!

  • TSG reviewed the divorce documents and found that they only mention Palin in the sealing request:

  • This old WW2 vet has been the world over and seen many beautiful woman, the very first time I got to see John’s pick for VP, her pictures are begining to scare me like she can be the bitch of the north, shootin and screwin ! Not my kind of a woman.

  • The story that she was hiding an affair with he husband’s business partner is not true.

    From the Smoking Gun:

As followers of the Palin feeding frenzy know, the National Enquirer this week reported the “incredible allegation” that Palin had an extramarital affair with an unnamed former “business partner” of her husband.

Once the politician’s husband Todd learned of the purported affair, an Enquirer source claimed, he “quickly dissolved his friendship and his business associations with the guy.” So when the blogosphere discovered today (via an online court docket) that Scott Richter, a Palin associate, personally filed a sealing motion in Alaska Superior Court, well, conclusions were jumped to. Was Sarah Palin named as the other woman in a messy divorce action? Well, since Richter’s September 3 motion, a copy of which you’ll find below, was denied yesterday, his divorce filings remain open to the public. And a TSG review of the 98-page file shows that the Palins are only mentioned in Richter’s sealing request. According to the filing, Richter wanted the documents deemed confidential in a bid to cloak details about his home, workplace, and phone numbers because “reporters and news agencies” were using that information to contact him. Richter, a 39-year-old contractor, noted that he is “friends and land owners in a remote cabin” with the Palins and, as a result, journalists were intruding on the “cabin life and private life” of him and his 11-year-old son.

i heard that the richter guy isn’t even the one who was suggested she had an affair with. it was a man by the name of brad hanson.

  • True what palin did is a family matter. But to refer to African-American as Sambo’s is what? If you havn’t notice palin nor maccain has an African-American working in their camp ,but believe you me they did manage to found one stupid enough to maybe take a bullet for them, yes the one African-American they have to guard them. I don’t know but maybe it’s just me I havn’t seen either one of them close to him. The world that I live in has a variety of people like a box of crayon with its many colors, but to palin, mccain and ms hasslebeck and people like them if you have to work , and I mean really work not go and sit on your stool of do nothing and steal from the less fortunate then somehow you are nothing and should be ashame for even existing and I say to them “May God Have Mercy On Them” for exalting themselves higher than “HIM”.

  • Mike

mmmm so Bill Clinton likes a good BJ and Sara Palin likes to f##k.
John Edwards likes pussy too. I do too. I think Bill Clinton should have said, YES, she sucked me off, and I enjoyed it. Sara Palin is a MILF.

MsC–so now its racist? Why is it that only black people can decide what is racist? Black people need to get over themselves. It NOT about what color you are–it about Qualifications and talent.

  • chud

why do feminists hate palin? Because she is not a democrat.
